The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of State Police
Basic Firearms Safety Course Instructor -
Upon passing the approved course, I will issue to Massachusetts
residents or non-residents, a Training Certificate, that is required to
go with an application for a Firearms Identification Card or a License
to Carry Firearms in accordance with Massachusetts Law.

State of Utah, Department of Public Safety
Concealed Firearms Instructor - Upon passing the
Utah-approved course, I can sign the certification section on
an application for residents and non-residents, for a State of Utah
Concealed Firearm Permit. I am advised that the Commonwealth of
Virginia reportedly will allow non-residents to carry concealed in
that state, if the non-resident possesses a valid Utah permit.
